Oracle Database Administrator

Experience Required:

• More than 3 years of working experience as an Oracle DBA (8i, 9i, 10g, 11g, and later) on Windows, UNIX, and Linux environments.
• Minimum certification of Oracle Certified Associate (OCA). Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) with specialisation in RAC, DataGuard, and ERP Technical is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle software and related products.
• Establish and maintain sound Backup and disaster recovery policies and procedures.
• Implement and maintain database security (users, roles, privileges).
• Perform DB performance tuning and application tuning.
• Work as part of a team to provide 24/7 support when required.
• Develop scripts, manage replication services, and conduct daily health checks.
• Drafting Disaster Recovery Plan documentation and Policy Based Management documentation.

Current Openings, MS SQL Server Database Administrator

Experience Required:

• Over 3 years of DBA working experience with Microsoft SQL Server Databases (2000/2005/2008 and later) on Windows Server environments.
• Certification on MS SQL Server or MSTC plus SSIS exposure is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and upgrade Microsoft SQL Server software and related products.
• Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures.
• Take care of database design and implementation.
• Implement and maintain database security.
• Perform database and application tuning and performance monitoring.
• Managing replication services and configuring daily backup maintenance plans.
